Well, you’ve come to the right place. I’m just moving in (to my blog), so please be patient as I arrange the furniture, so to speak. In the meantime, let me give you a taste (just a few calories-worth) of The Will to Lose weight-loss theory.
Many people argue that they just don’t have the willpower to lose weight. Hogwash! Everyone has willpower. If you have ever gotten out of bed in the morning to go to work, when you would have preferred to sleep-in for another hour or so, then you have willpower – you’re merely applying it to fulfill what you consider an important obligation, i.e., going to work.
So, to achieve your weight-loss objective you must convince yourself that losing weight is also an important obligation – really important! Failure-is-not-an-option important. If you can do that, you’ll be well on your way to a thinner you.
Okay. I have a lot more for you, so come back in a month and hopefully I’ll be settled in and ready to help you lose some poundage.
